ABOUT THE FILM:
The original film is known to be currently used for TULSA UNION HIGH SCHOOL for teaching purposes. It was probably created in the 1990's for Oklahoma student and teacher training to comply with federally mandated program of NO CHILD LEFT UNDAMAGED.
Use of the tape may have been abandoned to accommodate liberal Political Correctness. Thank goodness the teepee running continues. The only known master tape is believed to have been recovered from a surplus materials auction suspected to be conducted by property disposal personnel of the Union Public Schools. It later surfaced in a bulk tape sale on E-BAY in 2006 before being lost. The digital copy has been making it's way around the web since 2005.
