RACE HATE CRIMES
IN A HIGH SCHOOLCRIMINAL THREATS MADE BY
HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
LITTLE RIVER, KANSAS
Below you will read a race hate letter which was sent to the home of Native American activist Matthew Richter, from inside Little River High School, on February 17th, 1999. High school students used the school's computer and internet connection to send it during class. Two students 17 and 16 years of age alleged to have sent it and other threats, have been arrested by Rice County Sheriff's deputies. They are charged with making criminal threats and disorderly conduct. Court appearances are scheduled for May 11th, 1999, in Rice County Kansas.

I'm from little river and i think that you are full of ****. I am an indian. (The only one in little river. i live right outside of town.)There is other mascots such as eagles and the tomahawks and the comanches. Who says that is an eagle feather. You know that tribe uses pheasant feathers anyways. Why do you feel you need to pick on the redskins. You know you bitching about our redskin mascot isn't going to change a thing although you feel you need to let the public know what mr. daugherty has to say. I think you have cow dung for brains. I just found out were you lived Sunday Feburary 14. I get my messenger boys and my chief to come and shoot arrows at your house.
