How do they do it?
By teaching it to very young children.

Bigots start by
making it fun, using simple toys to teach simple stereotypes.
The pictures teach children before they can speak

Children join marching bands and are recruited by getting special attention.
They encourage others
with song, sound, words and pageantry.
Bands work along with and encourage crowd behavior.
The children will gladly join because it is fun for them to lead the show.

Band members feel important, it gives them a lot of attention and they are symbols of their schools.
